A collab between Eric Clapton and Derek the Dominos, 'Layla' was inspired by the persian legend of 'Layla and Majnu'. It is also said to have been inspired by Eric's unrequited love for George Harrison's wife Pattie Boyd.  This song is a tad difficult to follow and would require proper skill and timing, thus try it once you're confident. * indicated bends. The song Clocks by Coldplay is one of the better songs by the band that I love. It stands right there beside Viva La Vida and The Scientist. It won the 2004 Grammy for the record of the year. That says a lot, doesn't it? If you haven't heard it then you should. The song is designed to be played by a diatonic harmonica and yes it is a beginner song so it doesn't have many bends. This makes it easy to follow through. Hope you enjoy playing it! Perhaps the most iconic song by Guns'n'Roses. Anyone guitarist can recall how the intro riff goes.
